Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Koven suite of software — Koven CRM, Koven Sign, Koven Social and Koven Form — built and operated by Wilson Perry Real Estate Ltd (“Koven”, “we”, “us”). By using Koven, you agree to these terms.

The service

Koven is currently operated for use by Wilson Perry Real Estate and its team. We may make it available to other businesses in the future; if we do, separate or additional terms may apply. Koven is under active development — features may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorised to use Koven on behalf of your organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Koven to store or transmit unlawful content, to misuse any connected third-party platform (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile) in breach of that platform’s own terms, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Connected third-party accounts

Where you connect a third-party account so Koven can publish on your behalf, you are responsible for the content you choose to publish, and for complying with that platform’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

Koven and its software remain the property of Wilson Perry Real Estate Ltd. The business data you enter into Koven remains yours.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Koven is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilson Perry Real Estate Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Koven.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Koven for breach of these terms, or discontinue the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Koven after a change means you accept the update.
